Whether you deliver education as part of a full-time union role or work as a dedicated trade union educator within further education, this is a space to connect, reflect, and develop together.

The day will focus on the future of trade union education – exploring emerging technologies, evolving curricula, and effective pedagogies to strengthen learning across our movement. It’s an opportunity to share ideas, challenge approaches, and collectively shape the way we educate and organise.

We recognise the depth of knowledge, creativity, and experience that exists across trade union education. Creating space for educators to come together is essential – not just for professional development, but for strengthening activism and building a more confident, capable movement.

This one-day course will be held at the Workers’ Retreat – Quorn Grange Hotel in Loughborough – providing the ideal setting for collaboration, discussion, and shared learning.
