If you cancel your place on a course before the 14 day deadline, your union will not be charged.

If you cancel your place within 14 days of the deadline, your union will be charged for the first day of the course.

If you cancel your place within 7 days or less before the course start date, your union will be charged the full course fee.

Accommodation is booked and part of your GFTU residential course package. This does not include the night before the course commencement date nor the night the course ends. Should you wish to book either of those, this is for your Union/you to arrange and pay for.

It is recommended that you discuss this with your Union to determine payment with Quorn Grange Hotel.

Check in is from 3pm.

The first day of your residential course will begin at 10am. The last day of your residential course will end at 2.30/3pm.

Loughborough is the closest train station and has a taxi rank outside taking around 10-15 minutes to arrive at The GFTU National Office/ Quorn Grange Hotel.

Leicester train station also has a taxi rank outside which takes around 25-35 minutes to arrive at The GFTU National Office/ Quorn Grange Hotel.

East Midlands Parkway is a 5-minute drive to/from East Midlands Airport and has a taxi rank outside. Again, taking around 25-30 mins to arrive at The GFTU National Office/ Quorn Grange Hotel.

GFTU do not pay travel expenses. Please contact your union for any travel matters.
