Making Rights Work: Equality Reps in the 21st Century

About The Course

This course will utilise the new rights and powers of the ERA 2025 to help us shape the future of Equalities rep roles, including how they can be utilised to organise and build our movement.

We are offering this course on a first come first served basis to all trade unionists in Scotland, this is kindly funded and supported by the Scottish Trades Union Congress (TUC).

• Turning Individual Cases into Collective Campaigns
• Bargaining for Equality
