About The Course

This a brand new one-day course requested by many from our affiliates and will be delivered in person at the Workers’ Retreat, Quorn Grange Hotel, Loughborough.

We will be covering what makes negotiations successful, where does negotiating power come from and how do we involve and engage members in negotiations.

This course is ideal for those that have undertaken either Workplace Reps 1 or Workplace Reps 2 with us. It will build on these foundational courses, utilising theory as well as practice, with our famous negotiations’ scenario role play activity.
