About The Course

A one-day online course to help workplace representatives understand the nature of workplace sexual harassment, how to spot it and how to deal with it. It will explore reasons why sexual harassment is often not reported and the steps that unions and employers should take to ensure that harassment is taken seriously.

This course is delivered in partnership with Morrish Solicitors, and will be tutored by Ranjit O’Mahony, a Senior Solicitor in the employment team. She has over 18 years’ experience advising individuals and trade unions in all manner of employment tribunal claims including discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, protective awards and TUPE. She deals with complex employment tribunal claims from inception to completion. Ranjit also regularly delivers training to unions and associations, both online and in person.
